Manbug® Salt®

Originally intended as a slightly larger, more masculine version of Spyderco’s best-selling Ladybug®, the pint-sized Manbug® has earned its own dedicated following among savvy pocketknife aficionados. Its popularity has also inspired several variations, including the Manbug® Salt®, which is specifically designed for use in and around the water. Its blunt-tipped sheepfoot blade is hollow ground from H-2—the most corrosion-resistant steel in our acclaimed Salt® Series. The blade’s fully serrated SpyderEdge™ configuration offers extreme cutting power for its size, especially on fibrous materials like rope, webbing, and netting. Its Trademark Round Hole™ proudly announces the knife’s Spyderco pedigree and allows easy, fingernail-free opening. To ensure a secure grip even with wet hands, the Manbug Salt’s fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle features a high-traction Bi-Directional Texture™ pattern. It also houses the knife’s stout back lock mechanism and is molded in a brilliant yellow color for high visibility.
