The largest member of Spyderco’s popular “CruCarta” family of knives, this stunning expression of the Manix® 2 XL showcases that signature theme with classic brown canvas Micarta® scales and a CPM® CRU-WEAR® tool steel blade. Its full-flat-ground, satin-finished blade takes full advantage of CPM CRU-WEAR’s advanced alloy composition to deliver exceptional edge retention and toughness. The blade is supported by a high-strength Ball Bearing Lock™ mechanism and paired with an ergonomic handle featuring full stainless steel liners and a stainless steel backspacer. The liners provide a foundation for smooth, unpolished Micarta scales that will naturally patina with age and handling to develop their own distinctive character. To ensure convenient carry and keep the knife poised for instant access, the handle also features a generously sized lanyard hole and a polished hourglass clip that is reversible for left or right-side tip-up carry.
