CTS XHP is an air-hardening, high-carbon, high-chromium alloy that can be described as either a high-hardness 440C stainless steel or a corrosion-resistant D2 tool steel. As a blade material it offers superior edge retention and surface finish and can be sharpened to a very fine edge. It is also extremely corrosion resistant and easy to maintain.
The high-performance full-flat-ground blade of this knife proudly includes a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole™ to ensure swift, ambidextrous, one-handed opening. It is paired with a handle featuring high-visibility, bi-directional textured orange FRN scales, sturdy back lock mechanism, and a four-position pocket clip that provides a choice of left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry.
